What happens when you produce a personal finance class like a Netflix special?

KNOW MONEY is the answer.

MoneyLion wanted to create a financial literacy series for college athletes entering the NIL era—kids who are suddenly making real money with zero training for it. So we teamed up with 10-year NFL veteran and Wharton grad Brandon Copeland, aka “Professor Cope,” to adapt his ‘Life 101’ course for a generation that learns by doing, watching, and being entertained.

The production matches the ambition: live studio audience, 60-foot LED wall, timed graphics, cutaways, skits, and celebrity guests like retired NBA legend Stephen Jackson and creator/entrepreneur Katie Austin.

I was the creative director and wrote each episode, working alongside Copeland to inject the curriculum with personality, humor, and comedy sketches that made the boring stuff actually stick.
